Level 18 | Royalton CHIC Cancun There were some areas I thought could have been cleaned better the hand-held shower head had some soap scum buildup and some of the nooks and crannies of the shower weren't thoroughly clean. Lastly one of my favorite things DC offered was access to the rooftop pool. Bring damp rids and blankets! When we arrived we had to wait hours before our room was ready. Our premium level of service offer additional experiences like butler service, access to exclusive areas, premium drinks, among others in order to create a diferent vacation moment. Considering we were in the middle of the hotel zone, I'm shocked that we were unable to get any local recommendations (we were looking for local fare, but at the very least, I figured we'd get pointed toward Senor Frogs or Coco-Bongo). I'm not sure I'll make it back to this resort but 100% will make it back to other Royalton resorts. The beautiful, private, white sand beaches are absolutely swoon-worthy! My issue was nobody would allow us to make reservations since our butler had to do it. Book now! Order doubles for every cocktail. From other butlers, you could see them taking care of their guests. A potential paradise for partiers: the Royalton Chic Suites Cancun Mini bar Mini bar was stocked well, Dos Equis, Sol and Coors Lite, water, chips, coke, lite coke, and some juices but they were opened so we just dumped them out, some had chocolate milk. Wow, its beautiful up there. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. The bathroom had a double vanity but only outlets on one side (which was annoying when it came time to do our hair for dinner).
