during my stay my wife did not feel well at night and the night auditor try his best to help me and, in the morning, they called a doctor for my wife. They each have an private bathroom with a bathtub or shower and all rooms are serviced by an elevator. We ordered the chicken caesar salad, the seafood capellini and the pork belly salad. But the hotels owner, the Regis Group, says it is struggling to get planning permission for a change of use for a house next door bought by the company last year. I have received no reasonable explanation from Marriott as to how their overbooking policy works, why we were selected to go elsewhere, why we were told so late and why they were still accepting bookings after we'd booked our stay 6 weeks prior.
